This is a very simple cod fish recipe

2 lbs. fresh cod fillets
1/8 tsp. white pepper
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
1 c. soft white bread, cubed
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

1: Season fish fillets with salt and pepper and place in greased baking pan. Melt butter and add onions.
2: Cook until onions are soft (about 5 minutes).
3: Remove from stove. Stir in mustard; then add bread cubes.
4: Add cheese and parsley and toss gently.
5: Spread topping over fish fillets in baking pan.
6: Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Do not over cook. Garnish with parsley.

Serves 4.
